• When not on the UA domain, you must include the laptop's name as the domain before the username.  
  • The username is user and the laptop domain is lib-thinkpad-(number).  
  • Example:
    If you've checked out laptop number 14 the full username is lib-thinkpad-14\user and the password is user.
